Project intake and setup
- Receive project requirements and strategy from Sales or Business Development.
- Review requirements, drawings, specifications, quantities, timelines, samples, and documentation.
- Clarify missing information and confirm application, expectations, technical requirements, and objectives.
- Set up the project in the CRM and create the project folder and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate project information and status throughout the lifecycle.
- Determine whether the project proceeds to Design before Estimating or directly to Estimating.
