Project Manager (Design and Construction)

• 5+ years of project management, development, or construction management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field
• Experience managing corporate, technology, commercial office, R&D, or mission-critical projects preferred
• Demonstrated success delivering projects while meeting client expectations, schedules, and budgets
• Strong understanding of design, construction, and project management processes
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and project controls
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering documentation
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, client-focused environment

This role's target base annual salary range is currently $100,000-150,000.

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data.

Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education, experience, certifications, candidate abilities, and pay relative to other team members.
