Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site engineers and work inspectors on road and associated works construction supervision.
- Direct supervision of roads, surface drainage, road structures, traffic signals, and road furniture.
- Coordinate with other engineers to maintain consistency and integrity across construction activities.
- Review shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, and road-related requests for information.
- Coordinate contractor scheduling and resource applications.
- Direct and monitor site engineers, work inspectors, and surveyors.
- Participate in site health and safety activities and comply with risk management requirements.
- Manage construction supervision, quality control, financial control, handover, and site operations.
- Provide claims analysis support, including dispute resolution.
- Monitor contract financial status and provide on-site direction for roadworks and utilities.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 10 years of experience as a civil engineer is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 7,287.86 to QAR 28,373.30 per month.
Workplace
