The company focuses on delivering functional, appealing spaces for small and medium-sized businesses and individual customers.

Full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The role leads fit-out and renovation projects from initiation through completion.

Plan schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets while resolving delivery issues.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and conduct site inspections.
Prepare status reports and coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and services.
Manage site deliveries, inventory, vendor coordination, and client relationships.
Deliver projects in line with JCT’s standards of service and craftsmanship.

Experience managing construction, fit-out, or renovation projects, preferably in commercial or residential sectors.
Experience with project planning, scheduling, cross-functional coordination, expediting, inspection, and logistics management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
PMP or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
