Lead end‑to‑end delivery of D&A technology components—including data products, platform enhancements, integrations, and analytics—while aligning to strategic project objectives.
Oversee multimillion‑pound project budgets (£2m–£6m), ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and timely variance management.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource needs, ensuring adherence to Primark’s governance and technical standards.
Direct and motivate cross‑functional teams, clarifying roles, ensuring quality assurance of deliverables, and building strong working relationships across business, tech, and supplier groups.
Provide regular stakeholder reporting, highlighting progress, risks, mitigations, and insights to influence decision‑making and maintain delivery momentum.
Manage external vendors and internal stakeholders, negotiate contracts, track KPIs and benefits realisation, and coach team members to support their professional growth.

Demonstrate deep D&A expertise, including data platforms, migrations, modelling, governance, and analytics, with hands-on exposure to cloud technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI.
