Job Summary The Cyber Security Project Manager plays a crucial role in the success of a project, overseeing its execution from start to finish by allocating staff and establishing timelines for completion.

They are responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation to ensure goals are met and managing any changes to project scope, ensuring that adjustments do not negatively impact deadlines.

Upon project completion, the Project Manager conducts a post-project review to identify opportunities for improvement.

Essential Functions

• Focuses on projects involving Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure
• Manages the full lifecycle of projects from initiation through delivery, including scope, schedule, risk, budget, and stakeholder communication.
• Leads project planning efforts, sets timelines, and coordinates cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drives collaboration across internal teams and external partners to define success metrics, deliverables, and implementation plans.
• Facilitates meetings, leads discussions, and provides project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Identifies and mitigates project risks, resolves issues, and removes roadblocks to maintain momentum.
• Maintains project documentation, dashboards, and reports using project portfolio management (PPM) tools.
• Supports vendor management and contract alignment in accordance with project needs.
• Promotes consistency by applying PMO standards, templates, and methodologies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
