Position Summary

Manage the end-to-end execution of MV/LV switchgear, protection systems, Substation Automation Systems, and digital power projects within Customer Services.

Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements.

Own customer interface, project profitability, customer satisfaction, risk management, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Management and Execution

  • Lead multiple customer service projects from order intake through final acceptance and warranty closure.
  • Develop execution plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and communication plans.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
  • Manage MV/LV switchgear projects and lead protection and automation project teams.
  • Monitor progress, conduct project reviews, and implement recovery plans when required.
  • Manage commercial and financial performance, including P&L accountability.
  • Maintain customer relationships and serve as the primary customer contact.
  • Ensure HSE, quality, contractual, and Siemens PM@Siemens requirements are met.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 8–12 years of experience in power distribution, protection, and automation systems.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Proven MV/LV switchgear experience and strong protection and automation project experience.
  • Experience with brownfield and greenfield projects.
  • Experience managing projects in utility, infrastructure, transportation, commercial, industrial, water, oil and gas, or energy sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration.
  • PMP, Siemens Certified Project Manager, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-SP, NEBOSH, or IOSH certification.
  • Customer service, retrofit, and modernization project experience is highly preferred.
