Responsibilities
- Manage custom woodwork and joinery projects including kitchens, wardrobes, wall panels, wooden doors, vanities, and other custom made furniture
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate and supervise all project activities including site measurements, production, delivery, installation, and handover
- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion within quality standards
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, installers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation progress, quality, and safety
- Resolve site issues and project variations promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within custom woodwork, joinery, cabinetry, or interior fit out industry
- Strong knowledge of custom made wooden products including kitchens, wardrobes, wall panels, wooden doors, and vanity units
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)

Job Overview
- JILPHAR SUN GENERAL TRADING FZE is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. If you have solid experience in custom woodwork and joinery projects and enjoy working directly with clients while managing projects from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you.

- Manage custom woodwork and joinery projects, including kitchens, wardrobes, wall panels, wooden doors, vanities, and other custom made furniture
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project and maintain strong customer relationships

- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion within quality standards
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, installers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
