We're seeking an experienced Project Manager/Contract Superintendent to play a key role in the successful delivery of civil, infrastructure and development projects across South Australia.
Working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, councils and project stakeholders, you'll lead project delivery while providing Superintendent services throughout the project lifecycle. You'll balance commercial, technical and stakeholder priorities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.

You are an experienced project management professional with strong commercial acumen and a practical understanding of project delivery. You can confidently manage competing priorities, navigate complex stakeholder environments and balance contractual obligations with successful project outcomes.
Experience in a Project Manager, Contract Superintendent, Senior Contract Administrator or similar role.
Demonstrated experience delivering civil, infrastructure, construction or development projects.
Strong understanding of contract administration and Superintendent responsibilities.
Experience administering construction contracts, including variations, claims and extensions of time.
Proven ability to manage project scope, programme, budget, risk and quality outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse groups.
Experience working collaboratively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.
Exposure to local government and council-delivered projects will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Sound commercial judgement and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Australian Citizenship required for eligibility for defence clearance.
