Project Manager, Construction Material Testing

• Significant experience managing large Construction Materials Testing projects .
• Strong field experience with concrete, reinforcing steel (rebar), soils, and drilled pier projects .
• Proven experience managing and scheduling 10 or more field technicians .
• Strong knowledge of CMT procedures, construction practices, project specifications, and field operations.
• Demonstrated experience with project scheduling, staffing, budgeting, invoicing, and financial management.
• Strong leadership and personnel-management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing project conditions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with clients, technicians, project managers, and senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
• ACI, NICET, ICC, or other CMT-related certifications are preferred.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced CMT professional with a strong background in large-scale construction projects and demonstrated experience leading field operations.

The candidate must be capable of managing a large technician workforce, coordinating daily project activities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
