- Oversee and manage full lifecycle construction and finishing projects from inception to successful handover
- Direct project teams, sub contractors, and site engineers while monitoring schedules, budgets, and cash flows
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and sub contractors
- Guarantee on site execution adheres to quality standards, safety regulations, and approved designs
- Supervise project contracts, monthly progress invoices, quantity surveying, and cost estimation
- Prepare and present comprehensive periodic progress reports, executive summaries, and recovery plans
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management
- Experience managing full lifecycle construction and finishing projects
- Proven ability to direct project teams, sub contractors, and site engineers
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgets, and cash flows
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience with contracts, progress invoices, quantity surveying, and cost estimation
