Responsibilities
- Manage commercial kitchen projects from project award to final handover
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Coordinate Kitchen Layouts and Shop Drawings with the design team
- Prepare and submit Technical & Material Submittals
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Monitor procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning activities
- Develop and monitor project schedules and project progress
- Manage project budgets, costs, and Variation Orders
- Prepare regular project progress reports
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Kitchen & Catering Equipment Projects
- Proven experience in BOQ preparation and review
- Strong knowledge of Technical Submittals, Shop Drawings, Procurement Coordination, and Project Planning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred
- Excellent command of English
