Role Overview
We are hiring a **Project Manager** to manage and coordinate projects within the **Clinical Trials Unit** of a hospital‑based research environment.
The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and coordination of clinical research and trial‑related projects.
Key Requirements
- **Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience**
- **Hospital or healthcare experience is mandatory**
- Experience managing projects within **clinical trials, research, or hospital settings**
- Strong understanding of **healthcare regulations, compliance, and governance**
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of **clinical research and clinical trial projects**
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports
- Coordinate with investigators, clinicians, research teams, and support functions
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with **ICH‑GCP, institutional policies, and regulatory standards**
- Monitor budgets, resources, and project deliverables
- Provide regular project updates to leadership
- Support audit readiness and documentation as required
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a **Clinical Trials Unit or Research Division**
- Knowledge of clinical trial operations and research workflows
- Project management certification (PMP / PRINCE2) is an advantage
- ✅ **Important Note**
- This role is **strictly for candidates with prior hospital or healthcare experience**.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
