The role owns project governance, execution discipline, escalation, and client delivery outcomes.
In this role you will
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and connectivity implementations across HSBCnet, Treasury API, Host-to-Host, and SwiftNet.
- Maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, meeting cadence, and status reporting.
- Coordinate Product, Technology, Operations, Implementation, Sales, and Relationship Management stakeholders.
- Support client workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and technical alignment.
- Provide implementation inputs for RFI and RFP activity under senior oversight.
- Maintain documentation, capture lessons learned, and use feedback to improve client experience.
- Stay informed about connectivity approaches and payments delivery developments, including ISO 20022.
Requirements
- Client-facing project delivery experience is required.
- Payments, cash management, connectivity, or technology implementation experience is preferred.
- Strong organization, prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and escalation skills are required.
- Working knowledge or strong interest in payments, liquidity, and API, H2H, and SWIFT connectivity is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required; Mandarin is advantageous.
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit.
- Foreign university certificates require current UAE attestations and equivalency documentation.
