Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager Civil, located in Ras Laffan.
The Project Manager Civil will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of civil engineering projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Responsibilities include managing relationships with stakeholders, coordinating resources, supervising construction teams, resolving project issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Effective communication and leadership are essential to ensure seamless collaboration between teams and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Civil Engineering principles, construction methods, and project management tools.
- Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for civil and infrastructure projects.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards; knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
- Experience in oil and gas sector projects, including cross-country pipeline installations, is advantageous.
