Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead large-scale
marine construction and infrastructure projects
.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities and proven experience managing projects within marine, ports, or Oil & Gas environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project planning, execution, and completion in line with company objectives
- Oversee marine construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and prepare performance and status reports
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
- UPDA Certification required
- PMP Certification preferred
- Minimum
- 15 years of experience
- in marine construction, ports, or Oil & Gas infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction planning, budgeting, and HSE systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools
