Your main responsibilities
- Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules and policies;
- Prepare and review well-written technical reports, including feasibility studies, conceptual design reports, and detailed design reports;
- Prepare professional service proposals;
- Understand and summarize project scope requirements and address project changes as needed;
- Prepare contract documents, specifications, and construction drawings;
- Attend and manage tender openings;
- Manage projects through all phases, including scheduling, budgeting, client communication, reporting, contract administration, and construction oversight;
- Achieve budget compliance on assigned engineering projects to ensure financial objectives are met or exceeded;
- Prepare and support project financial forecasting activities;
- Provide clear and concise reporting to supervisors and project stakeholders;
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project goals;
- Coordinate sub-consultant activities and deliverables;
- Execute projects in accordance with company standards, procedures, and quality requirements;
- Mentor and support junior staff on the project team;
- Contribute innovative ideas and continuous improvement initiatives.
