Community Development’s multidisciplinary team includes planning, survey, urban design, civil and stormwater engineering, landscape architecture, private site development, and construction management.
We work with a diverse group of clients on land and site development, municipal projects, open space, as well as planning and development policy and strategy.

The role of Senior Project Manager (Civil) is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of our strong and collaborative team of industry leading professionals, working both independently and together on projects of various sizes and complexities.
This individual will be responsible for managing the relationships with some of our most valued developer clients, providing exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will provide operational, technical and people leadership to the Community Development team, while managing continued growth and success in Texas.
This position can be located in Austin, San Antonio, Houston or Plano, TX.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our existing client and project base to position Stantec to acquire new business.
We will rely on your ability to energize and inspire others to promote an environment for success within the team, and to champion new ideas while holding yourself and others to high standards of accountability that ensure timely project delivery, resource efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
