Responsibilities

- Work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to define project scope
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Review designs and site plans, conduct site visits, prepare status reports
- Manage risks and implement quality assurance processes
- Communicate with leadership and clients to align project outcomes with organizational objectives
Requirements
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
- Applied Civil Engineering and Infrastructure experience, with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Construction Management capabilities, including site supervision, contractor coordination, and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Budgeting expertise, with experience in cost estimation, financial tracking, and optimizing resource allocation
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience managing civil projects in an urban environment, preferably within Dubai or the wider UAE
- Proficiency in project management and design software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD or similar) and strong MS Office skills
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work on site, adapt to changing project conditions, and maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics

Role Description
- The Project Manager Civil (with high rise building experience) is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
