Responsibilities
- Manage large scale construction projects from initial planning and design coordination to execution, monitoring, and handover
- Handle project planning, scheduling, and execution for multi story buildings and civil infrastructure
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization
- Ensure quality assurance, safety compliance, and regulatory approvals
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven success in managing large scale construction projects in Dubai
- Proven track record of successfully completed and handed over projects in Dubai (minimum 3–4 projects)
- G+Unlimited certificate from Dubai Municipality is a must
- Extensive knowledge of all phases of civil engineering projects from planning to handover
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization
- Knowledge of quality assurance, safety compliance, and regulatory approvals (local Dubai/UAE standards)
