Role Overview
Tarika group is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer or Project Manager for construction and execution of a resort project in Chail, Himachal Pradesh.
The project duration is 36 months and the role is site-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site execution and project management.
- Supervise civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor timelines, quality, costs, and material requirements.
- Manage contractors, measurements, and bill verification.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and construction specifications.
- Maintain progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure quality and safety standards at site.
- Manage snagging and final project handover.
Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
- Seven to twelve years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, or premium construction projects is preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to reside at the Chail project site.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
