Determine potential solutions to resolve conflicts identified during the work.

Have working knowledge of Building Codes, ASTM standards and engineering calculations and use engineering judgement to apply these items to actual field conditions.
Ability to read, understand and develop project specifications, drawings, submittals and other documentation, identify discrepancies between actual construction and project requirements, and articulate these discrepancies both verbally and in written reports.
Have working knowledge and ability to operate equipment used in assessments and investigations, including infrared camera, electrical capacitance meters, water testing units, hand tools etc.
Working knowledge of job site safety requirements and use of safety equipment required for performing their work.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to direct, motivate and provide constructive criticism tactfully.
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
Organizational skills and an ability to interact with clients.
Word processing, spreadsheet, and general computer skills.
Bachelor’s degree in scientific or engineering field, or formal technical program and equivalent experience.
Has or working toward a certification / registration relevant to their solution specialty.
Project Manager Level 1: Entry Level to greater than 1 year experience
Project Manager Level 2: Greater than 2 years of relevant experience in a related field, preferably with a consulting and/or engineering firm.
Formal educational or technical programs in a relevant field or relevant certifications may count towards experience.
Project Manager Level 3: Typically, five or more years of relevant experience in a related field, preferably with a consulting and/or engineering firm.
Formal educational or technical programs in a relevant field or relevant certifications may count towards experience.
Sitting up to 75% of time using computer equipment including desktop or laptop computer, keyboard, mouse, etc.
Sufficient physical ability to perform moderate lifting (approximately 50 pounds maximum).
Walking, standing and/or moving for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to climb ladders.
Drive up to 8 hours a day (4 hours each way).
