About the Role
TransitionZero is seeking a Project Manager, Market Development to provide delivery structure for programmes, pilots, partnerships, and strategic engagements.
The role combines hands-on project management with technical literacy, structured research, stakeholder coordination, and clear written communication.
The position works across product, modelling, engineering, analysis, and communications while coordinating specialist contributions.
Portfolio and Project Infrastructure
- Set up project charters, work breakdown structures, milestone plans, owners, dependencies, risk and issue logs, decision records, and change controls.
- Maintain a portfolio view of initiative status, milestones, commitments, dependencies, risks, and required decisions.
- Improve templates, checklists, reporting routines, and portfolio dashboards.
Delivery Planning and Scoping
- Translate priorities into implementation plans covering use cases, users, data and modelling inputs, milestones, validation, enablement, communications, adoption, and outputs.
- Document stakeholder decision questions, workflows, data requirements, success criteria, scope boundaries, and implementation dependencies.
