Role Overview
Lead end-to-end delivery of a CCTV Replacement Project to meet UAE regulatory mandates and improve availability, cyber posture, and operational continuity across bank locations.
The project replaces end-of-life CCTV systems with Milestone XProtect-based architecture, including server and storage upgrades, site deployments, testing, commissioning, and BAU handover.

Experience and Qualifications
- The role requires 15 years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering physical security projects is required.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience is required, including work under regulatory constraints and tight site access windows.
- Hands-on experience managing installation, testing, commissioning, and structured documentation or handover is required.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience delivering regulatory-driven security projects and managing RFP or vendor evaluation processes is required.
Project Description
Lead end-to-end delivery of a CCTV Replacement Project to meet UAE regulatory mandates and improve availability, cyber posture, and operational continuity across bank locations.
The project replaces end-of-life CCTV systems with Milestone XProtect-based architecture, including server and storage upgrades, site deployments, testing, commissioning, and BAU handover.
Project Governance and Rollout
- Establish baseline scope and schedule, manage the RAID log, run governance, and provide status reporting using a project management tool.
- Coordinate multi-site rollouts, site readiness, access windows including non-business hours, and phased cutovers without compromising security coverage.
