Position Summary
DICETEK LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead the CCTV Replacement Project.
Responsibilities include project governance, multi-site rollouts, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
15 years of experience in delivering physical security projects and PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the CCTV Replacement Project
- Establish baseline scope/schedule and manage RAID log
- Coordinate site readiness, access windows, and phased cutovers
- Support RFP execution and manage vendor delivery against milestones
- Develop project design artefacts and facilitate Technology Risk Assessment
- Ensure regulatory compliance and produce evidence packs
- Manage replacement of CCTV storage/servers and EoL components
- Execute commissioning checklists and manage punch lists
- Deliver complete handover documentation and ensure smooth go-live
- Prepare, monitor, track, and manage change requests
Skills and Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in delivering physical security projects
- Demonstrated experience in regulatory-driven security projects
