Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of meter supply and technology projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer requirements.

You will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate project activities, manage risks, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed.

You will also provide onsite support when required, including field investigations and troubleshooting meter and endpoint performance issues.

• Lead projects from planning through completion, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, and technology teams.
• Support system implementations, data integration, and other technology-related project needs.
• Conduct onsite investigations and troubleshoot meter and endpoint performance issues.
• Manage project changes, vendors, documentation, and approvals.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Provide technical support for customer proposals, tenders, and product inquiries.
• Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP certification.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with supply chain, technology, infrastructure, or related projects is an asset.
• Comfortable working onsite at customer locations as required.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel as required.
