Position Summary
The role supports the product team by managing backlogs and sprints, writing documentation, brainstorming solutions, and assisting with QA and testing.
The position requires scoping technical requirements and communicating with engineers, account managers, end users, and other stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
- Ensure successful handoff between development and sales.
- Work closely with development, sales, project managers, marketing, and end users.
- Write technical and non-technical documentation for customers and internal teams.
- Create, maintain, and manage backlog items and sprints in Azure DevOps.
- Assist with QA and testing of new features and UX/UI components.
- Use customer requirements and trends to help guide product development.
- Evaluate engineering workflows and recommend solutions and best practices.
