Overview
The role available is a Project Manager position and will lead the project, commercials and management of sub contracted works.
The project itself is a commercial unit consisting of 4 floors with high end levels of fit out to retail space for luxury designer brands.
MEP works, specialist trades will be subcontracted but structural and fit out works will be the responsibility of the main contractor.
