Project Manager

Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies. This may include a Nationally Coordinated Police Check, Right to Work in Australia

Tertiary qualification in property, construction management, or related field.

Project management competency certification (e.g., PMP, AIPM).

Experience delivering minor to medium capital works projects end-to-end.

Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI and MS Project.

Experience delivering projects in live environments, with the ability to balance operational continuity, stakeholder needs and project outcomes.

Background in aged care, retirement living, health, education or government environments will be highly regarded.

Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of health and safety legislation and commitment to best practice safety culture.

Excellent organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities and deliver on time and budget.

Ability to work within a team environment and manage stakeholder expectations

Demonstrated self-discipline through managing competing priorities and delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget
