- End-to-End Leadership:
- Manage bridge construction projects from initial planning through to completion.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Execution & Quality
- Ensure timely delivery within budget while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Technical Oversight:
- Manage site operations, resolve operational issues, and conduct regular risk assessments.
