Role Overview

Project Delivery
- Manage relationships with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and progress monitoring across multiple active sites.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, legal, and sales teams to align execution with business objectives.
- Review and approve design drawings, BOQs, construction plans, and progress reports.
Compliance and Site Oversight
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project milestones, building regulations, and authority approvals.
- Coordinate authority requirements involving Dubai Municipality, RERA, Trakhees, and related approvals.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to timelines.
- Identify project risks and initiate corrective measures to mitigate delays or budget overruns.
Reporting
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
