- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of architectural and engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project requirements
- Coordinate between design teams (architecture, structural, MEP) and external sub consultants to guarantee seamless project integration and delivery
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on schedule and within budget, managing resources and project risks effectively
- Oversee the preparation and review of architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and building codes
- Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Organize and lead coordination meetings to track project development and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and accessible
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 10 15 years of experience in managing architectural or engineering projects
- In depth understanding of building codes, local regulations, and standards
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary project requirements (architecture, structural, MEP)
- Strong skills in project management tools
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail oriented with problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes
- Experience in high rise or large scale project coordination
