Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire application development life cycle, from initial concept through deployment and post-launch support.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA testers, and stakeholders, to define project scope and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
- Conduct regular status meetings with the project team and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues or changes in project scope.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and requirements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project life cycle.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in application development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
