Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - HVAC to lead and manage end-to-end execution of large-scale HVAC and Chiller projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in HVAC systems, Chillers, project execution, project management, stakeholder management, and commercial aspects of projects . The role requires ensuring timely project delivery, quality compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Lead multiple HVAC and Chiller projects from initiation to commissioning and handover.

Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per contractual requirements.

Monitor project progress and resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues.

Conduct periodic project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC and Chiller systems.

Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.

Ensure compliance with HVAC industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Provide technical guidance to project engineers and site teams.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage client expectations, change requests, and escalation handling.

Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow, and profitability.

Review project variations, claims, and billing milestones.

Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and project closure.

Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site execution teams.

Drive performance, productivity, and accountability across project teams.

Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Ensure adherence to EHS standards and organizational safety policies.

Drive quality control processes throughout project execution.

Conduct audits and corrective actions to ensure compliance.

12-18 years of experience in HVAC/Chiller project execution and project management.

Proven track record of managing large commercial, industrial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, data center, or infrastructure projects.

Hands-on experience in Chiller installation, commissioning, and lifecycle project management.

Experience managing project teams, contractors, consultants, and customers.

Candidates from HVAC, Building Technologies, MEP Contracting, Chiller Manufacturing, Industrial Cooling, Data Centers, Pharmaceuticals, Commercial Buildings, or Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.
