Role Overview
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager for large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
The role requires experience in project execution, site coordination, planning, billing, client coordination, and team management.
Requirements
- B.Tech or BE in Civil Engineering is required.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in KSTP, NH, or Gulf road projects is required.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and infrastructure projects is required.
- Good leadership and communication skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple activities under strict timelines is required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling government, PWD, KIIFB, or hospital projects is preferred.
- Experience with multi-storey RCC structures is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall site execution and project coordination.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
