Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Project Manager at Gulf Precast Concrete Company LLC - S.P.C.
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project activities, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
Responsibilities include project planning and scheduling, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, overseeing site inspection, and coordinating logistics and material deliveries.
The role also involves liaising with clients, team members, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met and delivering updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and managing deliverables.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks for efficient management of project timelines.
- Experience in Inspection activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management and supply chain coordination to optimize project operations.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in the precast or construction industry is highly advantageous.
