International Real Estate Partners (IREP) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a UAE-based Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overall contract delivery, KPI performance, stakeholder coordination, and operational governance.

Responsibilities
- Overall contract delivery, performance monitoring, and KPI compliance across all regions
- Single point of contact for Category Lead — Fleet and Facilities Management
- Monthly performance review meetings with senior management
- All formal contractual correspondence, variation requests, and commercial submissions
- Oversight and management of Project Engineers A and B
- Review and approval of monthly KPI reports, statutory compliance reports, and annual work plans
- Escalation point for all P1 emergencies, major incidents, and contractual disputes
- Authority over subcontractor appointment, performance management, and replacement
Requirements
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of FM experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Demonstrated experience managing multi site and multi discipline IFM contracts in the UAE
- BIFM/IWFM membership or equivalent professional accreditation preferred
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving licence required

Project Description
- IREP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a UAE based Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract in Abu Dhabi.
- This role offers the opportunity to lead contract delivery, manage multidisciplinary teams and support high quality Facilities Management operations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall contract delivery, performance monitoring, and KPI compliance across all regions
