• **Quality Assurance & Safety:** Enforce rigorous quality standards for building materials and workmanship; ensure all sites strictly follow safety protocols suited for school environments.
• **Statutory Compliance:** Coordinate with local authorities to secure necessary building permits, structural stability certificates, and environmental clearances.
