ASM Chilltech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Projects team based in Victoria.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical, plumbing and HVAC&R projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders, manage project performance, and drive exceptional outcomes for our clients across a range of commercial and industrial environments.

Plan, program and manage projects from handover through to completion

Lead site teams, subcontractors and project delivery personnel

Manage project budgets, forecasting, procurement and variations

Provide project reporting and updates to key stakeholders and clients

Ensure all project works meet contractual, quality and compliance requirements
