Role Overview
Project Manager role based in Dubai, UAE, focused on delivering real estate technology projects.
The employment type is full-time, with immediate or short-notice joining expected.
Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through implementation and go-live.
- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate clients, business stakeholders, developers, QA, business analysts, and internal teams.
- Manage schedules, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, requirements, changes, and priorities.
- Monitor progress, provide status updates, and manage client expectations.
- Oversee UAT, implementation, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software or technology projects.
- Mandatory real estate industry experience, preferably with real estate developers.
- Strong understanding of real estate business processes.
- Fluent Arabic and English proficiency.
