Project Management
- Manage complete interior fit-out and renovation projects from start to final handover.
- Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, resources, and timelines.
- Coordinate daily with site supervisors, engineers, workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and production teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and building management.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Technical and Production Coordination
- Review architectural, interior, MEP, and joinery drawings and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Coordinate custom joinery production, delivery, and installation with the factory or production team.
- Coordinate MEP, civil, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, joinery, kitchen, wardrobe, and other fit-out works.
- Identify site issues, delays, and technical problems and provide practical solutions.
Cost, Quality, and Handover
- Plan and follow up on material procurement and ensure materials are available on time.
- Monitor project costs, variations, manpower, and material requirements.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management.
- Ensure proper quality control and workmanship throughout the project.
- Coordinate approvals, inspections, permits, and NOCs where applicable.
- Manage snagging, rectification, testing, inspection, and final handover.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and records.
- Ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with UAE requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
Requirements
- Experience managing interior fit-out and renovation projects from commencement through final handover.
- Ability to coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and joinery drawings with relevant teams.
- Knowledge of UAE requirements, approvals, inspections, permits, and NOCs applicable to project work.
- Ability to manage project quality, safety, documentation, costs, resources, and timelines across multiple projects.
