We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out to lead and manage commercial interior fit-out projects in Dubai.

• Lead and manage the project team, including Project Coordinators, Supervisors, and Foremen.
• Coordinate with in-house teams, including QS, Accounts, Design, and Technical teams.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor project schedules.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and timeline.
• Manage project orders and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
• Track and maintain the RFI Log.
• Track and maintain the Shop Drawing Log.
• Track and maintain the Material Log.
• Track and maintain the Builder’s Work Log.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities.
• Ensure effective coordination between all project stakeholders.
• Monitor overall project progress and ensure smooth project execution.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Dubai/UAE experience in commercial fit-out projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Proven experience in leading project teams.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and management skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
