Position Overview
Manage building construction projects in Abu Dhabi for the employer’s general contracting business.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in general contracting or building construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a UAE Equivalency Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP coordination.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Abu Dhabi experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, quality, and cost.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000–AED 10,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
