Project Manager (18-Month FTC)

We’re looking for an organised, collaborative Project Manager to help us deliver meaningful change across our Group Functions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end‐to‐end delivery of medium‐complexity projects or a small project portfolio
• Leading project planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting activities
• Communicating with stakeholders and senior leaders to support effective decision‐making
• Coordinating third‐party partners and managing dependencies
• Overseeing project budgets, resources and risks to ensure strong governance
• Applying agreed project management methodologies, standards and processes
• Identifying and securing the resources needed to deliver outcomes on time and to quality
• Sharing knowledge with the wider project community and supporting continuous improvement

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in project management with a strong delivery focus, managing multiple projects at any one time
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and decision‐making frameworks
• Experience working within a platform and product model is advantageous
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, including third‐party suppliers
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach
• Ability to manage budgets and monitor project economics effectively
• Commitment to continuous learning, development and sharing best practice
