Role overview
Unitek General Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for construction, fit-out, or facility management projects in the UAE.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and requires candidates to be based there or willing to relocate.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of overall UAE experience in construction, fit-out, or facility management projects.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, manage teams, and deliver within scope, time, and budget.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Commercial and residential project experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Employment and compensation
- Job type is full-time and permanent.
- Pay is AED 12,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
