Role Overview
We are looking for a
Monday.com Workflow & Project Operations Manager
who will act as the central control point for all projects.
This role is not on-ground or execution-based, but focused on
structuring, tracking, and driving accountability across teams
using Monday.com.
The ideal candidate will ensure that no task slips through the cracks, workflows are clearly defined, and all teams are consistently aligned and updated.
Key Responsibilities
- **Workflow Design & Management**
- Build and maintain structured workflows on Monday.com for all projects
- Create boards, automations, dashboards, and dependencies
- Continuously improve systems for better efficiency and visibility
- **Task Tracking & Accountability**
- Monitor all ongoing tasks across teams (production, tech, creative, etc.)
- Proactively follow up with team members for updates
- Ensure deadlines are met and escalate delays when required
- **Cross-Team Coordination**
- Act as a central point of communication between internal teams
- Translate WhatsApp/email conversations into structured tasks
- Maintain clarity on ownership and status of each deliverable
- **Reporting & Visibility**
- Maintain real-time dashboards for project status
- Share daily/weekly updates with leadership
- Highlight risks, blockers, and dependencies
- **Process Optimization**
- Identify gaps in current workflows and improve them
- Standardize templates for recurring project types
- Drive adoption of structured systems across the team
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with
(Mandatory)
- Experience in
- project management / operations / coordination roles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong follow-up and communication skills (persistent but professional)
- High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Good to Have
- Experience in
- production / media / events industry
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, etc.
- Understanding of live production workflows
