Role Description

  • We are seeking a professional to support Project Management and Corporate Strategy initiatives by driving cross functional projects, evaluating business performance, and contributing to the development and execution of strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, monitoring project execution, tracking key performance indicators, conducting business and market analysis, and preparing reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Assist in evaluating business performance, identifying operational improvements, managing project documentation, coordinating stakeholder communications, and ensuring strategic initiatives remain on schedule.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments, support change management initiatives, analyze business risks and opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide data driven recommendations, monitor strategic outcomes, and help optimize project management processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, corporate strategy, business planning, and organizational development.
  • Knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, and performance management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate business performance and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, financial evaluation, and operational assessments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities, assess risks, and support organizational change.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high quality analysis.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross functional teams.
