Responsibilities
- Lead planning, scoping, execution, and delivery of high priority technical projects within Corporate Credit IT portfolio
- Govern project timelines, milestones, and dependencies using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proactively identify technical bottlenecks, resource constraints, and domain specific risks, implementing mitigation strategies
- Translate complex corporate credit business requirements into robust, scalable technical specifications and architecture blueprints
- Oversee integrations between core corporate banking systems, credit origination platforms, loan management systems, and credit rating engines
- Ensure all solutions adhere to stringent banking data privacy, security standards, and regulatory compliance
- Act as primary technical point of contact for Corporate Risk, Credit Operations, Relationship Managers, and C suite stakeholders
Requirements
- 7 12 years of experience
- Experience in end to end project management and delivery
- Agile/Scrum methodology expertise
- Deep knowledge of Corporate Credit lifecycles
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with credit origination platforms (LOS), loan management systems (LMS), and credit rating engines
- Knowledge of banking data privacy, security standards, and regulatory compliance

- Agile Leadership: Governance of project timelines, milestones, and dependencies using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Technical Governance & Architecture
- Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex corporate credit business requirements into robust, scalable technical specifications and architecture blueprints.
- System Modernization: Oversee integrations between core corporate banking systems, credit origination platforms (LOS), loan management systems (LMS), and internal/external credit rating engines.
- Data & Security: Ensure all solutions adhere to stringent banking data privacy, security standards, and regulatory compliance (e.g., central bank mandates).
Corporate Credit Domain Alignment
- Domain Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of Corporate Credit lifecycles—including loan origination, financial spreading, risk rating, credit committees/approvals, documentation, and collateral management.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Corporate Risk, Credit Operations, Relationship Managers, and C suite stakeholders.
