Apprenticeship Overview

Role and Responsibilities

• The Project Management Apprentice will be responsible for Project Tasks as assigned by their Project Management Office (PMO) Manager for the EMEA region The Project Management Apprentice will report and be under the general direction of the PMO manager for the EMEA region Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Be involved in all aspects of the Project Management process, methods and techniques to initiate and execute projects to meet strategic objectives.
• Support the PMO team and customers during project proposal phases and capture.
• Support the PMO team in preparing the Project Charter, Project Execution plan and Monitoring progress.
• Be involved in project governance structure including; communications, reporting, meetings structure.
• Support the PMO team with the day to day project delivery against the requirements to a range of customers.
• Using the Project Management tool maintain, update and report on key project data and work the PMO team by identifying any potential issues as the project progresses.
• The candidate will be involved in project delivery activities across the engineering lifecycle (cradle to grave) spanning; concept definition and requirements, engineering through development, test, trials and release and subsequent support activity.
