Job Description
Kawsus Digital Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Management Analyst to support project planning, execution, and performance tracking at our Doha office.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for management
- Analyze project data to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Support project managers in budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project coordination or project analysis roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and project management tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
